Only what GutHarbor needs to work for you: what you log (symptoms, meals, stool, medications, sleep, and stress), your account basics (name and email), and privacy-focused, cookieless usage analytics. Your logged data powers the app and your personal insights — nothing more. For subscribers, summaries of your logs are sent to AI providers to generate insights, and that's disclosed clearly.

From Settings → Privacy & Data, you can export your complete health history as JSON, delete individual entries, or permanently delete your entire account and everything in it. No emails to send, no hoops.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protections. GutHarbor is a consumer wellness app, not a HIPAA-covered entity — the data you provide is consumer health data, not Protected Health Information. We think you deserve to know the difference.
